“My first retreat with Guillaume in August 2024 was the 10th I've done in this tantric theme, which is particularly dear to me.

In 2017, at my first workshop with another facilitator, I experienced an earthquake that shook me to the core.

Today, on the day after my 10th retreat, I'm deeply happy to have reconnected with the Love of others and of myself (giving and receiving), with my creativity and with my feminine side, the one I find hardest to touch.

It's incredible to see myself letting go (a little) of this part of myself that I've rejected for so long.

I'm happy to have let go of some of my barriers, some of my conditioning, some of my guilt.

I'm an imperfect being and that's welcome!

I'm enormously grateful to Guillaume, whose fairness and lightness enchanted me, to his teammates (Fred, Mathieu and Laurent), who each brought their own special touch, but also to the other men who took part as I did and who contributed to that dynamic.

I'm also grateful that I'm a man on the move, with a crazy desire to move forward, to evolve, to grow and to share his Light with the world.”

"It's with tearful eyes, emotions and love that I'm writing this message after "At the heart of love" Retreat, that I was doing for the second time. And, as usual, I had every reason not to go: too old, too fat, too shy, too much this, too much that. That’s why I cancelled! But all these 'too much' covering up and forming a shell were just excuses not to face up to my deepest self, my childlike fragility, and to face my way too lonely inner child. 

An angel phoned me (yes, now they've adapted to modern technology) and told me the words.Those exact words we've been waiting to hear. I set off again, accompanied by a marvellous man, but I was still freaking out until I arrived on that Thursday morning, full of anguish and distress. And then! Eyes, hands, bodies, smiles, wrappings and more words burst through my shell and the divine carried me. I let myself go! 

Thank you to the handsome men I met, so strong and enriching, and a huge thank you to Laszlo and Denis, so perfect as guides. Moreover, what can I say about Guillaume?! So handsome, so noble, so present, helping us to open our hearts to self-love. But nothing is set in stone, nothing is taken for granted. Tantra is not a medicine, it's a support on the journey towards happiness, as far as I'm concerned. I’d like to express my special love to the man in my life who guided me towards Tantrism and whom I love so dearly. "I’ve participated in "At the heart of the sacred masculine" Retreat, which took place from September 14 to 17  at the Domaine de la Gacherie in Dordogne. 

I would like to share with you my impressions and my feelings about what this Retreat brought me.

I'd like to thank Guillaume for his warm welcome, his kindness, his benevolence and his concern. I’d also like to thank Stéphane and Frédéric, his two invaluable collaborators. "Dear Guillaume,

"At the Heart of the Relationship" is a title that perfectly matches the experience of the Retreat. I would like to express my gratitude to you for allowing me to take part in this Retreat. The different exercises were presented in an exceptional way.

The exercise where we were invited to get naked remains as a vivid memory. At the end of this exercise, I was naked in front of all the participants. It was an intense and liberating experience, which allowed me to feel a deep connection with myself and with the other men. Deep down I feel that my life has become like a sacred temple.

My body is alive now, ready to be nourished. The Joy, Pleasure, Love and Breath that I've rediscovered - you, Guillaume, and your team have rekindled the light that was almost extinguished in me. Every time I breathe, my body is present.

I'd never practiced Tantra before, but thanks to you, Patrick, Laurent and Lucien, dear guides, I was able to find the confidence I needed to free myself, minute by minute, even second by second. I went through different emotions and the team was always there to help me overcome those unpleasant moments and continue to move forward among the other participants.

I'm proud to have been able to integrate Tantra, whether after a short-lived relationship or a solitary one. Since meeting you, I've felt truly transformed. I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you've given me.

I took the time to discover each of the exercises you chose for the course. A big thank you to the staff, each and every one of them helped me a lot. Lucien's kind smile at all times, Laurent's elegant gestures at all times, and Patrick's inner love at every glance.

"One more big step, on my way towards self-acceptance and acceptance of the gaze of others. I feel revitalized, repaired, regenerated. GRATITUDE. 

Honestly, it is not easy for everyone, at any time in their life, to give themselves pleasure. Pleasure is generally depreciated, underestimated. "I took part in - shared - 3 Retreats with Guillaume and Men’s Hearts. 

First of all, I would like to say that the setting is ideal. All Retreat centers are soothing: one feels welcomed in each of them. Above all, one feels invited to meet with other men and be with other gays, without judgment. The fact that we are all coming from different backgrounds and have different ages quickly fosters complicity, benevolence and mutual listening. This creates the perfect environment to let go of the daily life hustle and bustle. 

It took me a lot of work to heal the wounds of the past and to accept myself as a gay man - personal development workshops, shrink... -. We tend to forget that the body participates in the Being as a whole, in addition to the mind, the heart and the soul. Tantra is the way to discover these interactions and to unify them. The Retreats in which I participated taught me to distinguish sensuality from sexuality and feelings. I was hoping to meet someone, I am going more and more towards the discovery of myself, the other in me. 

It’s true that I spent both my first Retreats wondering where the spiritual ambition of Tantra was. I discovered it unexpectedly in the 3rd Retreat, during a meditation, one I had great difficulty to go through. That’s when I reached ecstasy - when I felt enveloped by a light of plenitude and cosmic love. 

I now pursue this path with no more expectation than to know myself more and to be able to meet others. 

I particularly thank Guillaume and his assistants, for the high standards, the benevolence,the integrity and the relevance of the offered Tantric practices. The deepness of it all leads to discoveries that can’t even be anticipated.

At nearly 60, after years of beautiful, rich and varied therapies, I woke up this morning in a state of fullness that I had never known until then. 

At the office, no one recognized me, my physio asked me if I had stopped taking cortisone... 

I was asked “But what is that Retreat you have been to?” 

I answered “uh an energy-based Retreat, in order to enable me to cure Parkinson's.”

 I don't think I lied to them.

"This Tantric Eve was my first Tantra experience ever, and what an experience it was! I’ve been following a Path of personal development for more than 7 years now. I knew in the depths of my Being that one day, Tantra would be a milestone for me. Thanks to Tantra, I could reconcile myself with "Touching"... I met the hand that touched me... I also connected with my hand that was touching someone else...  

Having lived, younger, the "perversion", as a "victim" but also as an "executioner", it was essential for me to go and meet my body, its feelings, its limits, its wounds and its desires. 

To do so, I set the following intentions: "consent", "benevolence" and "exploration".  

Thanks to the supervision and guidance of Guillaume and his 2 companions (Alain and Martin), the framework, MY framework, was respected! 

I was thus able to feel my body and myself in total safety, enabling me to fully experience this Retreat and its various workshops...  

Allowing myself to let go and letting the energy circulate throughout my body allowed me to experience intense emotional, physical and vibratory moments! Tears of joy, liberation, lightness came up... as if my body was telling me "THANK YOU" for FINALLY respecting and listening to it!  

Fraternity, Benevolence, Respect for the Other and for Self, Tenderness and shared Love, not one of these ingredients was missing.  All of this allowed me a very beautiful and intense reconnection to my body and my sexuality! 

As one of the Shivas mentioned during the Retreat, "From Trauma...to Tantra...there is only one step!" Thus, for me, this Tantric experience was the opportunity to heal wounds due to "someone else being touching me" or to “me touching someone else". 

Hence, I could reconcile myself with my body, my sensuality and my sexuality, in the sincere and deep respect of mutual consent...
